Terms of Service — BAS Accounting Soft
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to BAS Accounting Soft ("the software"), made by Business Accounting Soft, Pakistan (businessaccountingsoft.com). By installing or using the software you accept these terms.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the software for your business, under the plan you choose (Free or paid). You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the software, except where the law allows it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, its password, the Admin passcode and the Owner PIN, and for everything done with them. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Your data and backups
Your business records belong to you and are stored on your computer. You are responsible for keeping backups. The software offers backups to your computer, our cloud and Google Drive to help you, but we cannot guarantee that a backup will always be available or complete.
4. Accounting and tax
The software helps you keep accounts. It does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Check important figures and filings with a qualified accountant; you are responsible for the records and returns you submit.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan may have limits. Paid plans, prices and limits are shown on businessaccountingsoft.com/pricing and may change with notice. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
6. Updates and support
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Support is given by email and phone during business hours.
7. Fair use
Do not use the software for anything illegal, or to harm the software, our cloud or other users. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. No warranty
The software is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.
9. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending
You may stop using the software at any time. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 continue after the end.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
