Corporate is a pre-release, quotation-based edition. Binding service targets will be stated in each approved customer agreement.
No public uptime or response-time guarantee is made before a signed Corporate agreement.
Agreement required
Uptime targets, response windows, maintenance, recovery and exclusions must be agreed in writing for the customer’s final configuration.
